In District of Columbia colleges and universites, 1,959 students are 18 years old or younger(3.03%), 12,594 students are 18 or 19 years old (19.46%), 11,511 students are between 20 and 22 years old (17.79%), 12,309 students are between 22 and 24 years old (19.02%), and 12,884 students are between 25 and 29 years old (19.91%).
